Upper Elementary Coordinator and Lead Teacher 

Sridevi Srikanth joined Beverly Hills Academy in 2022. With a master’s in business economics and experience at a leading business daily in India, she quickly advanced to a special correspondent role while mentoring newcomers in the bureau. Since 2006, Sridevi has been teaching Montessori Elementary classrooms, and enjoys the flexible and challenging curriculum that fosters individual growth. Sridevi is excited for another successful year at BHA as she aims to build strong relationships and inspire students to excel.

Allie Schultz is a dedicated elementary educator with a B.S. from Michigan State University and an M.A.T. from Wayne State University.  She has been teaching Upper Elementary language at Beverly Hills Academy since March 2024. Her passion lies in creating inclusive learning environments and utilizing innovative teaching methods to foster both academic and social growth. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family, running, reading, and knitting.

Alyana Danaoui has been part of Beverly Hills Academy for the past four years, working primarily with upper elementary students and creating a supportive, engaging learning environment. Through her years at BHA, she has delivered lessons for both individual students and groups, tailoring her approach to support each student's unique needs. She is currently in the education program at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and completing her student teaching for PreK-6th grade. Alongside her experience at Beverly Hills Academy. She also conducted observations and research in diverse school settings, working with students of different ages and backgrounds, which has expanded her insight into children’s development, skills, and social-emotional growth. As she continues to grow as an educator and further her education, her goal is to make a meaningful, positive impact on each student's learning journey. In her free time, she enjoys reading, biking with her kids, and spending quality time with her family.
